A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just after 1:20 a.m. a deputy stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Gazley Road and Lou Gray Drive in the Myrtle Creek area.
The 50-year-old allegedly showed signs of impairment. He completed standard field sobriety tests and reportedly performed poorly. The man was arrested for DUII. He was transported to the Myrtle Creek Police Department for breath and urine samples but allegedly refused.
He was ultimately taken to corrections. The man was detained without bail and was released later that day.
