Roseburg Police cited a man following alleged criminal mischief on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 10:40 a.m. an officer contacted the 27-year-old in the 1400 block of Southeast Kane Street. The suspect had reportedly kicked his neighbor’s vehicle, causing damage. He was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and was released at the scene.
