A fugitive was detained by Roseburg Police early Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 3:10 a.m. the 23-year old was contacted in the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Street. He was found to have a Wyoming warrant for absconding. The man was taken into custody and detained without bail.
