Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of second-degree criminal trespass on Monday night.

An RPD report said just after 11:20 p.m. an employee said that the 38-year old had returned to a business in the 1500 block of Southeast Stephens Street after he was told to leave and not return.

An officer contacted the man and advised him of trespass, but he returned to the same business two hours later. The man was taken into custody. Bail was set at $1,250.
