Roseburg Police jailed a man Thursday after he allegedly spent the night in a business.

An RPD report said at 7:30 a.m. the 47-year old was contacted inside a restaurant in the 600 block of Southeast Jackson Street. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
