Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Monday.

An RPD report said at 8:50 a.m. the 40-year old was found camping under the pavilion at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. There were large amounts of trash everywhere. The man had been warned numerous times and is aware of the camping regulations. He was released after the citation was issued.
