CHI Mercy Health has a community open house for its new Behavioral Health Unit Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

It is located on Mercy’s Campus at 2601 Northwest Mercy Drive. Community members are invited to see the patient care rooms, patient activity room, and meet the Behavioral Health Unit staff prior to the unit opening to serve patients.

CHI Mercy Health President Russ Wooley said, “The opening of this unit is a huge benefit for our community. Mercy is proud of this project and so grateful for the community support we received to open it”.

Funds for the project were contributed by the Oregon Health Authority, Cow Creek Umpqua Band of Indians, the Calkins Family, PacificSource, Adapt and Mercy Foundation.
