A Roseburg man was cited by Roseburg Police for prohibited camping on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 10:00 a.m. the 42-year was found with a camp allegedly blocking the doors of the soccer association building in the 500 block of Stewart Park Drive. In addition, the camp was set up after 8:00 a.m. and was in an area that is not allowed for camping. The man said he was aware of the camping restrictions and was cited and released on the scene.
