Roseburg Police cited a man for illegal camping on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at 11:00 p.m. the 61-year old was camping at Micelli Park in the 1300 block of Southeast Fullerton Street. His camp did not align with the Time, Place, and Manner ordinance. His camp exceeded the 10 foot by 10-foot size restriction and was located in a restricted area.

The man was released after being cited.
