ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR ALLEGED THEFT INCIDENTS

Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged theft incidents on Friday.

An RPD report said at 2:30 p.m. 25-year old Kyle Ullha allegedly stole three different quarter inch ratchets from a business in the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens Street, before allegedly stealing a drink from a nearby business. The man had been reportedly trespassed from the location previously. He also reportedly stole a bicycle from the second location as well.

Officers caught up him at a third business nearby. He was charged with two counts of second-degree theft, third degree theft, first degree criminal trespass, and for carrying a concealed weapon. He was detained on $22,500 bail.
