Sutherlin Police jailed a woman after an alleged trespass incident on Thursday.

An SPD report said an adult male victim had allowed the suspect to stay in his home for two nights. When he asked the 21-year old to leave, the suspect reportedly refused and broke some drawers inside a closet. When officers arrived at the residence in the 500 block of South State Street just before 8:30 p.m., the woman still refused to leave. She declined all resources from Adapt.

The woman was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief. She was detained on $12,500 bail.
