A 12-year-old female juvenile was cited for MIP-marijuana by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just before 9:30 a.m. officers responded to Joseph Lane Middle School in the 2100 block of Northeast Vine Street regarding a student allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. The juvenile was released to a parent after receiving the citation.
