Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged trespass incident on Sunday morning.

An RPD report said at 6:30 a.m. officers contacted the 44-year old at CHI Mercy Medical Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway after he was allegedly refusing to leave. The man reportedly continued to refuse to leave and was taken into custody. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
