Roseburg Police Cite Juvenile for Criminal Mischief Charges Noon Jan 5 KB

Roseburg Police cited a juvenile on criminal mischief charges early Friday, for an alleged prior incident.

An RPD report said on December 15th two juveniles allegedly broke the window to a van and tried to steal it, in the 1300 block of Northeast Odell Avenue. They were ultimately unsuccessful. On Friday the investigating officer contacted one of the juveniles, a 15-year old male, and arrested him for his involvement in the crimes.

The teen was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was released to a parent after being cited.
