The YMCA of Douglas County has announced the grand opening of its brand-new Courtyard on Wednesday.

YMCA Executive Director Steven Stanfield said the Courtyard is a versatile indoor/outdoor activity center that promises to be a hub of health, fitness and family fun. Stanfield said it is a 3,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility featuring functional training equipment, and dedicated spaces for fitness classes, family games and youth activity time.
