The City of Roseburg fall leaf collection service for homeowners concludes on Friday.

Since October 30th, crews have been following a cyclical, systematic route to help residents with leaf disposal and to ensure leaf collection can be provided in an effective, cost-controlled program.

On Wednesday, crews are working in the neighborhoods on the north side of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard, heading east.
