A Wind Advisory remains in effect through 7:00 p.m. Wednesday for parts of southern Oregon.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service said southeast winds of 25 to 35 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 miles per hour are expected.
The Advisory area includes the eastern Douglas County foothills and higher terrain in eastern Jackson County along with Josephine County and eastern Curry County.
Forecasters said gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Driving may become difficult for higher profile vehicles. Motorists should use extra caution.
