Roseburg Police detained a man after he was contacted at 2:00 a.m. Friday. An RPD report said the 27-year old was sleeping under a “no loitering” sign at a business in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.

It was found that there were two warrants for his arrest from the Coos Bay Police Department. The man was held on $12,500 bail.
