A Roseburg man was jailed by Roseburg Police for littering in or near waters Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 6:00 a.m. the 34-year old was contacted at a camp in the 1600 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. His camp was allegedly surrounded by trash, some of which extended into the creek. The man was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $2,500.
