Roseburg Police cited a woman for a city ordinance violation Monday night.

An RPD report said at 7:00 p.m. the 30-year old was allegedly drinking a beer at the bottom of the parking garage near the intersection of Southeast Jackson Street and Southeast Rowe Avenue.

The woman was released on the scene after the citation was issued.
