A Riddle minor was cited for DUII-alcohol and careless driving by Roseburg Police early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 12:15 a.m. officers saw a vehicle pass them at a high rate of speed in the 1500 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Officers allegedly observed poor driving so the vehicle was stopped. The 20-year old man reportedly showed signs of impairment. Standard field sobriety tests were performed and the driver was arrested. He was transported to corrections where he provided a breath sample.

He was released to his sober parents after the citations were issued.
