FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS CONTINUES THROUGH JANUARY 1ST

The Umpqua Valley Festival of Lights continues through January 1st.

Presented by the Roseburg Rotary Club, the event features over a half-million lights and more than 90 displays at Rivers Fork Park, west of Roseburg. It is open Sunday through Thursday nights from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The lights remain on until 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights. Tickets are $10 per vehicle and can be purchased at the park or online at www.uvfestivaloflights.com

Tickets provide admission to both the Festival of Lights, and to the Dutch Bros Holiday Village at Riversdale Grange at 4855 Garden Valley Road. At the village, families can see Santa and other characters. Kids can write letters to Santa while there. There is a model railroad, a Santa doll collection and more. Hot chocolate, cider and baked goods are for sale. The village is open Thursday through Sunday nights through December 24th.

Proceeds from the Festival of Lights go to Rotary Scholarships and other Rotary sponsored programs.
