A Roseburg man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass on Sunday afternoon.

An RPD report said at approximately 12:40 p.m. the 28-year old was contacted regarding a disturbance in the 500 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. During the investigation, officers learned that the business owner had arrived at the location and asked the man to leave.

The suspect reportedly refused and ultimately became aggressive, threatening to damage the building and the owner’s vehicle. When the officer arrived, the man was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $1,250.
