Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged DUII-alcohol incident on Wednesday.
An RPD report said at 11:30 p.m. officers contacted the 31-year old during a traffic stop at the intersection of Southeast Stephens Street and Southeast Oak Avenue. During the stop, officers reportedly observed signs of impairment. The man refused to take standard field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
During the arrest, the man allegedly had a firearm concealed inside of his boot. He was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and DUII-alcohol. The man was detained without bail and was released on Thursday morning.
