Roseburg Police charged a man with mail theft on Monday, from a past case.

An RPD report said at 3:45 p.m. the 47-year old was contacted in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street regarding the incident where he was allegedly found to be in possession of stolen mail.

The man was taken into custody and detained without bail.
