A juvenile male was cited by Roseburg Police for harassment following an incident Sunday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 12:40 p.m. an officer contacted the victim in the 2400 block of West Luellen Drive. The victim claimed the 17-year old threw a water bottle, hitting her in the face during an argument.

When interviewed, the juvenile admitted to throwing and hitting the victim with the water bottle. The teen was released after being cited.
