A Roseburg man was jailed Tuesday after two alleged harassment incidents at two stores.

Information from RPD said at 7:20 a.m. 28-year old Joshua Eatherton was allegedly found lying on a display couch at Fred Meyer in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. A manager told Eatherton he had already been trespassed a week prior and needed to leave. Eatherton allegedly punched the manager and then fled the store.

Back on November 16th, an employee of Walmart in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway reported that a blonde transient male came into the store after being trespassed. The transient allegedly pushed the employee when he was told to leave. At 7:30 a.m. Eatherton was located at Walmart.

He was charged with two counts of harassment, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft. Eatherton was held on $12,000 bail.
