A juvenile male was cited for harassment by Roseburg Police following an incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at about 12:15 p.m. officers responded to a fight between two male students at Phoenix School in the 3100 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. A 17-year old was identified as the aggressor in the incident.

The teen was released to a guardian after being given the citation.
