A Glide man was jailed following an alleged menacing incident Friday afternoon.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 1:10 p.m. a victim told dispatchers the man was screaming at her inside a residence in the 100 block of Mount Scott Lane. The victim claimed the suspect had her backed up against a wall and kicked her in the stomach and right leg before allegedly punching her in the face. The victim said the man backed a second victim against the wall as well.

The suspect was charged with first-degree menacing. He was detained without bail.
