Roseburg Police cited 3 teenagers for minor in possession of alcohol early Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 2:00 a.m. the two boys and one girl, all age 18, were contacted during a traffic stop near the corner of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Dixon Avenue. Officers observed signs of consumption and each of the teens admitted to drinking alcohol.
