Two people were cited for a city ordinance violation by Roseburg Police on Friday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 2:30 p.m. the 48-year old man and 57-year old woman were contacted at their camp 15 feet from the riverbank at Fir Grove Park on West Harvard Avenue. The camp was reportedly in violation of the Time, Place and Manner ordinance.

They were released after the citation was issued.
