Winston Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident Monday night.

A WPD report said at about 10:20 p.m. a 23-year old was allegedly trespassing at a store on Northwest Main Street and the cashier wanted to pursue charges. The employee said the man has been trespassed several times previously, yet continues to come on the property, use their facilities, and attempt to steal merchandise. The suspect had to be detained at taser point.

The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and detained on $1,250 bail.
