Winston Police jailed a man after a traffic stop on Thursday night.

A WPD report said at 6:50 p.m. 22-year old Jered Thompson was contacted after he was seen driving.  His license was suspended at the misdemeanor level. Thompson had a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest and allegedly had a pair of brass knuckles concealed in his pocket.

Thompson was charged with driving while suspended, carrying a concealed weapon and for the warrant. He was held without bail.
