Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged harassment following an incident on Saturday.

An RPD report said just after 3:20 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance between two people in the 300 block of Northeast Winchester Street. Both parties said that a 39-year old had slapped the victim in the face. He was taken into custody and charged with harassment. Bail was set at $2,500.
