Roseburg Police jailed a woman following an alleged criminal trespass incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said just after 6:30 p.m. officers contacted 45-year old Angela Osburn after she allegedly broke a window and went inside a residence that she had been evicted from in the 400 block of Northeast Sterling Drive. The home was vacant and Osburn said she was only in the residence looking for a place to sleep.

Osburn was charged with second-degree counts of criminal mischief and criminal trespass, and for a probation violation. She was detained on $5,000 bail.
