A semi-truck driver was taken to the hospital after a single-vehicle wreck on Tuesday night.

An Oregon State Police report said just after 11:00 p.m. the northbound rig went off the roadway after failing to maintain its lane about two miles north of the Scotts Valley exit. The truck and trailer rolled on its side and came to an uncontrolled rest on the shoulder.

The driver, a 34-year old Fresno, California man sustained minor injuries so was transported. Staff with the Oregon Department of Transportation responded to clean up the accident scene. The semi-truck and trailer were towed away.
