Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 10:30 a.m. the 25-year old was contacted at the Stewart Park pavilion in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. He had been warned to clean up his camp three hours before he was issued a citation, but allegedly had made no attempt to do so.

He was released after being cited.
