Roseburg Police jailed a woman for unlawful possession of methamphetamine on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 5:30 p.m. officers responded to the 2500 block of Northeast Stephens Street to assist parole and probation with a search. Approximately 5.95 grams of suspected meth was allegedly located.

The 52-year old was taken into custody on a misdemeanor count of the drug charge. She was also held for a parole violation and was detained without bail.
