Staff with the Umpqua National Forest has rescinded the temporary Forest Closure Order for the Chilcoot and Grizzly Fires as of Tuesday.

The closure began on August 28th and was reduced on September 20th. This closure encompassed large portions of the North Umpqua and Cottage Grove Ranger districts. All roads and trails within the closure are now open for public use.
