Roseburg Police charged a man with second-degree criminal trespass on Friday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 2:30 p.m. officers contacted the 30-year old after he allegedly refused to leave the Adapt building in the 3000 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The man allegedly threatened to fight with the employees and continued to refuse to leave when officers arrived.

He was taken to jail where he was booked and released.
