A Texas man was jailed for an alleged DUII incident early Sunday.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 2:50 a.m. officers observed a vehicle pull out of the parking lot of a business in the 2600 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard without stopping. An officer reportedly paced the vehicle at 50 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone and noticed the vehicle was not able to maintain its lane of travel.

The officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the 43-year old driver. During the stop the officer reportedly observed several signs of impairment. The man consented to standard field sobriety tests and allegedly performed poorly. He was taken to jail and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. Bail was set at $10,000.
