A Roseburg man was jailed by Roseburg Police and charged with a parole violation Thursday night.

An RPD report said at 11:00 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance at an apartment complex in the 2100 block of Northeast Vine Street. Officers contacted the 34-year old and found he was allegedly under the influence of alcohol which is against his parole agreement. His parole officer requested that he be detained.

The man was held without bail.
