Roseburg Police jailed a woman following an alleged theft incident early Friday.

An RPD report said at about 1:20 a.m. the 38-year old was contacted by Sherm’s Loss Prevention at the business in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. She was accused of taking items from the store without paying for them. Employees detained the woman, who was reportedly not cooperative. She did not provide a statement to officers and was charged with third-degree theft.

Bail was set at $1,250.
