Roseburg Police cited a man following a parking lot crash on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just before 4:00 p.m. a minivan and a pickup were parked facing one another in the lot of a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Both vehicles were pressed up against each other. The minivan driver confronted the pickup driver about hitting her vehicle but the man allegedly left the scene without exchanging information.

He was contacted and cited for driving without an operator license and for driving uninsured.
