A Roseburg man was arrested following a crash Wednesday night.

An Oregon State Police report said shortly after 9:30 p.m. troopers responded to a single-vehicle wreck on Interstate 5 southbound near the Garden Valley exit. A pickup had spun out of control while exiting at the off-ramp and hit a sign along with an Oregon Department of Transportation truck-mounted attenuator. The driver showed signs of impairment and reportedly admitted to consuming alcohol and marijuana. He was charged with DUII and provided a blood alcohol sample of 0.06 percent
