Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged littering incident on Wednesday.

Information from RPD said at 9:10 a.m. the 31-year old was contacted along the South Umpqua River near Stewart Park Drive because of the reportedly large amount of trash surrounding him. He was cited and released for depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway.
