The Douglas County Global Warming Coalition has its annual Smart Energy and Solar Tour on Saturday.

It begins at 9:00 a.m. at Douglas Electric Cooperative at 1981 Northeast Stephens Street. The tour will also feature a home which meets Energy Trust of Oregon’s high standard – the Energy Performance Score.
