Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged criminal trespass incident on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 10:15 p.m. the 33-year old allegedly threatened an employee at a business near the intersection of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard and Northeast Aviation Drive. The man had been told to get out of the dumpster, which was behind a “no trespassing” sign. After the man left that property, he allegedly went to a city parcel of property that was posted “no trespassing” as well and refused to leave.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and also was detained for a parole violation, for committing the new crime.
