Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct on Friday.

An RPD report said at 2:00 p.m. officers contacted the 31-year old by the sky bridge at the courthouse in the 1000 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. Dispatchers had received four calls about the suspect’s behavior which reportedly consisted of screaming at people, throwing rocks at the building, and punching windows.

The man was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and placed in custody. Bail was set at $2,500.
