Roseburg Police charged a man with first-degree theft early Friday.

An RPD report said at 12:30 a.m. the 28-year old was contacted in regards to an ongoing investigation from 2022. The man was already in jail after being placed into custody a few hours earlier on a warrant. He was detained without bail.

No further information on the case was released by RPD.
